XNano Sciences Inc. is a non-profit organization that tackles science questions that enhance human understanding of cosmic dust and planet formation and provides research and development and education services to government and other clients. The organization was born out of a passion for exploring the unknown and a vision of gaining fundamental insight into how planets formed by uncovering the microscopic worlds of the early solar system and beyond in unparalleled three-dimensional nanoscale detail. This vision has led us to a decade-long scientific adventure during which we have turned an idea into a reality through teamwork and perseverance. This has, in turn, resulted in important new findings on cosmic dust and opened up an exciting new opportunity to investigate how dust grains and solid (dust and ice) aggregates formed and evolved in the protoplanetary disk and beyond.
